How much should I spend on an engagement ring in Hong Kong and how much do diamond rings cost?

The budget for an engagement ring can vary widely, but many of our customers in Hong Kong spend around HKD 50,000 for a good quality natural 1ct diamond engagement ring. This is the most popular size and great to wear everyday. A 2ct natural diamond will cost over HKD150,000. Check out our diamond price calculator to get more price information

How should I get her ring size and what happens if I get it wrong?

Probably one of the more difficult jobs when buying a diamond engagement ring, but an important one. If it’s not a complete surprise, then get it measured properly at any jewellery shop and note which scale they are using. If it’s a surprise, you can bring in an existing ring to us (note which finger she wears it on!), get a friend to take her “shopping”, borrow one of our ring size measurers and try when she’s sleeping or worst case guesstimate (show us a picture of her hand)!

If you get it wrong, we offer a free re-size but if we are very off in the size we need to re-make it and charge the setting costs again.

What are the return and exchange policies for engagement rings?

All our diamond rings are bespoke, which means we source the right diamond that suits you and create the design according to your preferences. Being such a personalised experience, we do not offer any return or exchange on bespoke items. However, we look to build long lasting relationships with our customers so come have a chat with us and we can look for a solution.
